The Graduation & Degree Conferral Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that is added to the student's account when he/she applies to graduate. The fee is to be paid when the student applies to graduate regardless of whether he/she intends to participate in the commencement ceremony. Graduation fees are non-transferable to another term if a student fails to complete the requirements for the applied for program of study.

Graduation & Degree Conferral Fees that are not paid after the application is submitted may result in a hold being placed on the student's record.

Diplomas will not be ordered or released to graduates with an account balance. Students should make sure all fees, including the Graduation & Degree Conferral Fee, are paid prior in order to graduate from the university.
